Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Meditation

Using grounding techniques, the practice of non-judgment, affirmations and somatic self-kindness, you may experience a boost in positive emotions. This meditation may foster resilience, break stress and depression cycles and repair neurological pathways to promote post-traumatic growth and healing. 

Prior to meditation, create a sacred space by lighting a candle, having a blanket and lavender essential oil ready (optional). If you need additional support, do this meditation with a trained therapist.
